Providing music for nearly 700 liturgical services and archdiocesan events each year, the cathedral's music program has a commitment to excellence under the direction of a professional music staff and an outstanding cathedral choir.

The cathedral's pipe organ can be heard daily at services and special events throughout the year.

The cathedral is also the sponsor of Great Music in a Great Space, an offering of occasional concerts presented by nationally and internationally acclaimed performing artists as well as outstanding local performing ensembles, serving a greater outreach to the wider Cincinnati musical community.
